UK Support Holiday info

With the festive period fast approaching, we would like to confirm our RECY Systems UK Support Team will be available to contact for our existing customers to contact as per the below schedule.

In particular, please note between 24/12/2018 - 31/12/2018 priority will be given to Support Cases sent via Email to our Support Team (support@recy-systems.co.uk), which will be constantly monitored during this time.

  • RECY help documentation/manuals are all available on the RECY Wiki (www.recywiki.co.uk) so please also ensure your RECY users are familiar with how to access this.
